REED Technology are recruiting on behalf of one of their clients for a Systems Trainer (SAP) to join a major business transformation programme. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a multi-year ERP and digital transformation initiative, supporting the adoption of new technologies across a large and complex organisation.

We're seeking a proactive and self-sufficient trainer with experience supporting large-scale system implementations. Whilst SAP experience would be advantageous, we welcome applications from candidates who have delivered training and user adoption activities across ERP, HR, Finance, or other enterprise systems.

The Role

Working within a Change and Transformation function, you will support training, business readiness and user adoption activities across multiple technology deployments.

You will engage with stakeholders, attend programme workshops, assess training needs and help design and deliver learning solutions that support the successful adoption of new systems and processes.

This role offers exposure to the full project lifecycle, from design and implementation through to go-live, hypercare and embedding change into business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support training, business readiness and adoption activities across a transformation programme.
• Attend workshops and design sessions to understand system changes and business impacts.
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify learning requirements.
• Develop and deliver blended learning solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, SMEs and project teams.
• Create user guides, training materials and learning content.
• Deliver instructor-led, virtual and workshop-based training.
• Support Super User and Change Champion networks.
• Provide go-live and post-implementation support.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

About You

You'll have experience working on technology transformation or system implementation programmes and be comfortable managing your own workload with minimal supervision.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Systems Trainer, ERP Trainer, Training Consultant, Learning & Development Consultant, Change Trainer or similar.
• Experience supporting ERP, HR, Finance or enterprise system implementations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience conducting training needs analysis and delivering training solutions.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and translate technical concepts into user-friendly training.

Desirable

• SAP experience, particularly SAP Concur and/or SuccessFactors.
• Experience working within change management programmes.
• Knowledge of digital adoption and user engagement methodologies.
• Experience developing e-learning or blended learning solutions.
• Higher Education sector experience.
