Goods In

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00

We are recruiting for a Goods In position to support a warehouse operation. This is a full-time temporary opportunity suited to someone with strong attention to detail, good administrative skills, and experience working with stock and warehouse systems. The Goods In role will focus on receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and ensuring accurate stock records are maintained at all times.

Day-to-day of the role

• Receive and book in deliveries accurately and efficiently
• Check incoming stock for quality, quantity, and any visible damage
• Complete data entry using MS Office and warehouse management systems
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock information
• Report any discrepancies, damaged goods, or quality issues promptly
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure goods are processed correctly
• Keep the goods in area organised, tidy, and compliant with procedures
• Work with companies to check goods are arriving on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Goods In or warehouse-based role
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance
• Experience using warehouse management systems
• Good inventory control and stock handling knowledge
• Confident data entry skills and working knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organised, and able to follow processes consistently
