What's on Offer? £50,000 basic salary Company vehicle Fuel card Overtime available Career progression and development Long-term opportunity with an established specialist Work exclusively within commercial environments City of London & Central London Opportunity to work for a business with 30+ years of industry experience The Role As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and installation of a wide range of commercial plumbing systems across prestigious sites in the City and Central London. Your responsibilities will include: Planned and reactive maintenance of commercial plumbing systems General commercial plumbing repairs and fault finding Working on hot and cold-water systems Maintenance of pumps, valves, tanks and associated equipment Working within commercial plant rooms Pipework, fittings and associated mechanical services Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently Working alongside other mechanical and engineering disciplines Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service About You The successful candidate MUST have previous commercial plumbing experience and be comfortable working within commercial buildings and plant room environments.
