We are recruiting an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our established car dealership in Crawley. This Vehicle Technician role offers the opportunity to work with a reputable manufacturer in a supportive service department, with excellent earning potential and a varied workload. Benefits: Basic salary of £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience Realistic OTE of up to £50,000, including bonus opportunities 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday, with Saturday mornings on a rota 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays from the start Additional earning potential through productivity bonuses and sales work Supportive team environment and strong manufacturer brand recognition Opportunity to work on quality vehicles within a well-established dealershipDuties: As a Vehicle Technician, carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics and repairs to manufacturer standards Use diagnostic equipment effectively to identify faults and complete repairs Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately and to a high standard Record job details clearly and accurately on the service system Explain completed work and necessary repairs to customers professionally Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environmentRequirements: Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or in a similar automotive role Strong mechanical, diagnostic and repair skills NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach Commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanshipThe successful Vehicle Technician will join a professional dealership offering stability, career development and strong earning potential.
