Global Accounting Network is working with a global entertainment PR company who are looking to recruit an Interim Accounts Assistant with a focus on Accounts Payable to join their finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant position who is looking to develop their finance career within an exciting, internationally recognised industry.

The Role:

• Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate postings.
• Posting bank receipts and payments.
• Completing bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Supporting the wider finance team with day-to-day accounting activities.
• Assisting with regular monthly finance processes.

About You:

• 1–2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Assistant role.
• Previous experience working with regular monthly finance processes.
• Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident IT skills and good written and verbal communication.
• AAT, ACCA or CIMA studies would be advantageous, but are not essential.
• A proactive individual with a willingness to learn and develop.

Contract Details:

• 4-month interim contract.
• Starting within the next couple of weeks.
• Interviews taking place later this week.
