A well-established law firm in Doncaster is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its existing property team.

The role will involve a broad range of commercial property work, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Commercial leases
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Secured lending
• General commercial property advice

You will have the opportunity to work with a range of businesses, developers and investors, with plenty of client contact and responsibility for your own caseload.

The firm is looking for someone with solid commercial property experience who is comfortable managing their own files and dealing directly with clients.

You will need to be:

• A qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience
• Confident running your own caseload
• A good communicator with strong client skills
• Commercially aware
• Comfortable with drafting and negotiating documents
