The Role Working alongside the ownership team, you will lead restaurant service, oversee service standards and play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This is a hands-on position requiring someone who is confident running service with a small front-of-house team and comfortable taking ownership of the restaurant floor. The Candidate You may currently be working as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Duty Manager within a quality hotel, restaurant or hospitality business.
