We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead one of the UK's fastest-growing used car retail businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of store performance, customer experience, profitability and team development. You'll lead a team of Sales Controllers and Sales Executives, drive results, coach performance and ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional buying experience. What You'll Be Doing Leading, motivating and developing a team of up to 14 sales executives and sales controllers Running daily team briefings and driving sales performance Coaching colleagues through one-to-ones, training and side-by-side support Managing finance deals, compliance and FCA standards Overseeing store operations and customer satisfaction Taking ownership of targets, profitability and customer experience scores Supporting customers through their buying journey and helping close deals when neededWhat We're Looking For ✔ At least 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Manager ✔ Strong track record of delivering sales results ✔ Experience managing and developing successful sales teams ✔ Knowledge of finance products such as PCP and HP ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills ✔ Full UK Driving Licence ✔ Must have car sales experience, particularly within used cars, independents or car supermarkets What's In It For You? £35,000 basic salary £60,000+ OTE with uncapped commission Company car and employee car scheme 5-day working week with 1 in 4 weekends off Birthday off 28 days holiday rising with service Health & wellbeing programme Career progression, training and mentoring Company events and referral programme Dealership opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 9am - 7pm Friday: 9am - 8pm Saturday: 9am - 6pm Sunday: 10am - 5pm(5-day working week, hours may vary slightly by store) Disclaimer CCA Recruitment Group is an employment agency with a legitimate interest in providing work finding services.
