An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Management Accountant to join a market leader. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in providing accurate financial information, business partnering with operational teams, and supporting decision-making.

This position would suit a commercially minded accountant who enjoys analysing performance, improving processes, and influencing stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed commentary and variance analysis.
* Produce accurate budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
* Business partner with operational and departmental managers to support financial performance.
* Analyse revenue, margins, costs, and key business drivers.
* Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
* Deliver insightful KPI reporting to senior management.
* Assist with statutory audits and compliance requirements.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial controls.
* Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to aid business decision-making.

Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
* Strong management reporting and financial analysis skills.
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/accounting systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Commercially focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
