Responsibilities include: Supporting with medication Encouraging independence through cooking, cleaning, and budgeting Contributing to personalised plans and risk assessmentsAbout You Experience in care or support is essential. The role includes working shifts on a rota, weekends and bank holidays, plus one sleep-in per week (an additional allowance of £52.78 per sleep-in).
