Our leading Investment Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to provide employee relations (ER) advice to management, line managers and the HR BP team and supporting on ER cases across the organisation.

You'll support with grievances and concerns raised including exploring informal means of resolution where possible, and support with conduct matters, including investigations, disciplinaries and appeals including preparing all documentation to support these processes.

This is a newly created role in a growing business. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is required:

1. Strong Employee Relations advisory background.
2. Great organisational and time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines.
3. CIPD qualified is desirable, not essential.
4. Financial Services experience is desirable, not essential.
5. Excellent communication skills.

Rate: Up to £500/day

Duration: 6 months+

Location: London (good work from home options available)
