About the Role

As a Pensions Administrator, you'll provide high-quality administration services across a range of occupational pension schemes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing pension calculations and scheme events
• Responding to member and client enquiries
• Maintaining accurate pension records
• Producing pension-related documentation and correspondence
• Supporting the delivery of exceptional client service
• Working closely with colleagues to meet service standards and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Previous pensions administration experience

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Excellent communication abilities

The ability to work effectively within a team environment

Experience of occupational pension schemes (preferred)
