We are looking for candidates with a strong track record across prime residential, luxury refurbishment, heritage or similarly high-specification projects. Assistant Site QS Measurement and quantity take-offs Supporting valuations, variations and payment assessments Procurement and tender comparisons Dayworks, site records and commercial administration Supporting subcontractor and final accounts Essential: QS qualification and previous experience within high-end residential or complex, high-specification construction, with strong measurement and Excel skills.
