We are delighted to be working with a prestigious and well-established independent estate agency to find them an experienced and ambitious Associate for their St John's Wood office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to take responsibility for winning instructions, conducting valuations and managing deals from instruction through to completion within one of Northwest London’s most sought-after markets.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Managing the full sales process from instruction through to completion
• Building strong relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating sales and securing the best possible results
• Generating new business through networking and local market activity
• Conducting viewings and qualifying buyers
• Maintaining strong knowledge of the St John's Wood market
• Delivering exceptional customer service and driving repeat business

As Associate, you will receive:

• £40,000 Basic
• Car Allowance
• £100,000+ OTE

Experience & skills you’ll need:

• Proven 360° residential sales experience
• Strong track record in winning instructions and conducting valuations
• Proven experience negotiating and completing sales
• In-depth knowledge of St John's Wood and Northwest London
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong client relationships and business development ability
• Ambitious, commercially driven and target-focused
