People Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Reach FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Minworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.06 per hour, consistent Monday-to-Friday daytime hours, full-time work and immediate starts. The role involves operating a Reach Forklift Truck alongside general yard duties within a supportive working environment.

This position is ideal for applicants who have previously worked as a Reach Truck Driver, FLT Reach Driver, Forklift Driver or Forklift Truck Operator.

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Reach FLT Driver, your duties will include:

• Operating a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Carrying out general yard duties
• Moving materials and stock around the site
• Supporting the team with daily operational tasks
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Essential Skills

• Valid Reach FLT Licence
• Previous Reach FLT driving experience
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good awareness of health and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training Provided

• Site-specific training provided
• Ongoing support throughout your assignment
