Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering Location: Birmingham / West Midlands Salary guide: £60,000-£75,000 Job Type: Permanent Fawkes & Reece are keen to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors with a proven background in civil engineering and infrastructure. We are particularly interested in professionals with experience across highways, heavy civils, earthworks, utilities and major infrastructure projects. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years' quantity surveying experience within civil engineering. Proven experience managing commercial aspects of substantial projects. Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts. Experience with cost reporting, CVRs, valuations and variations. Confident managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts. Ability to work independently alongside site delivery teams. We are looking for commercially strong individuals who have taken responsibility for significant civil engineering packages or projects.
