FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established telecommunications and broadband provider with the recruitment of a Field Sales Representative.

Permanent, full-time field-based position covering Alnwick and the surrounding area.

Salary

Negotiable Starting Salary + uncapped earning potential, OTE £50,000+ + company car + additional benefits

This is a proactive field sales role focused on generating new customers and promoting high-speed fibre broadband services across the local area.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the business across your designated local territory.
• Generate new sales leads and gather prospective customer details.
• Convert warm leads and local enquiries into new customers.
• Conduct face-to-face prospecting and door-to-door sales activity.
• Explain broadband packages, services and benefits clearly to customers.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Work towards and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Identify opportunities within the local area and provide market feedback.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Complete relevant administrative duties associated with the role.
• Work closely with colleagues and internal teams to support customer requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience within sales, field sales, direct sales or business development.
• Face-to-face prospecting or cold-calling experience would be highly advantageous.
• Confident approaching and engaging prospective customers.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable generating your own opportunities.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving ability.
• An interest in technology or telecommunications would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of the local area would be beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Flexibility to work within a field-based sales rota.
