At Randstad Tuition Services, we do education differently. We support young people who don't thrive in traditional classrooms - often because the system hasn't recognised their unique potential. We believe every child has something special to offer. Your job? Help them find it.

We're looking for educators, mentors, creatives, and coaches who are ready to reimagine what teaching can be.

Who You Are

• A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
• Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
• Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengths
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent - able to build trust and spark confidence
• Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when it's not serving the learner

What You'll Do

• Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects - but through a flexible, creative and relationship-first lens
• Plan engaging, relevant sessions that meet learners where they are - academically and emotionally
• Work closely with Randstad's team to track learner progress beyond grades: confidence, engagement, and curiosity matter too
• Help young people reconnect with the idea that they can learn - and that learning can be joyful

Why Join Us?

• Make a difference where it counts - support learners on the margins of mainstream education
• Work flexibly - choose hours and locations that fit your life
• Be part of a values-driven team
• Access CPD & community - we support your growth as a human-centred educator
• Use your creativity - we welcome musicians, artists, STEM lovers, storytellers, and problem-solvers

Not Just a Tutor - A Changemaker

If you're tired of tick-box teaching and believe education should be about unlocking human potential, we'd love to hear from you.
