Requirements as a Care Home Manager: * Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting. * Relevant Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent. * Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care quality standards. * Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. * Experience overseeing nursing, residential and/or dementia care services.
