Foreman / Site Supervisor – Groundworks Location: Peterborough Rate: £240–£270 per day (DOE) – Negotiable Start: 12/10 – Earlier Start Considered Duration: Long-Term / Ongoing We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foreman / Site Supervisor to join a larger, well-established groundworks contractor on a groundworks package in the Peterborough area. The contractor has a 12–18 month pipeline of secured work, with further projects available for the right candidate and genuine opportunities to progress within the business. Responsibilities * Supervise the day-to-day groundworks activities. * Coordinate site teams, labour and subcontractors. * Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required standard. * Coordinate labour, plant and materials. * Monitor progress, quality and Health & Safety. * Liaise with Site Management, engineers and the wider project team. * Assist with resolving site issues and maintaining productivity. Requirements * Previous Foreman or Site Supervisor experience within groundworks. * Strong groundworks background. * SSSTS or SMSTS – Essential. * CSCS card– Essential. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Additional relevant tickets are desirable.
