Are you an experienced Administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy business, keeping things organised and making life easier for those around you?

Henlee Resourcing is working with a leading professional services business, looking to recruit a confident, proactive Business Administrator into their team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, providing support across the business and working closely with a number of Directors and senior colleagues.

The role will involve providing day-to-day administrative support across the business, managing emails and telephone enquiries, preparing documents and spreadsheets, maintaining internal systems and records, processing paperwork and coordinating meetings and appointments. You'll also be liaising with partners, customers, suppliers and colleagues, as well as picking up a variety of ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team.

We're particularly keen to hear from people who have worked within a financial or professional services environment, ideally one where you've supported or worked closely with multiple partners or senior individuals. You'll need to be confident communicating with people at all levels, managing competing priorities and providing a consistently reliable and professional service.

Above all, we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and approachable, with good communication skills, a strong eye for detail and the ability to get stuck in. Previous office administration experience is essential, along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
