We're recruiting on behalf of an exclusive luxury travel and lifestyle business that delivers bespoke, tailor-made journeys for a discerning private membership client base. Known for its outstanding service, attention to detail and access to unique experiences, this growing business is seeking a Luxury Travel & Lifestyle Consultant to join its close-knit team.

The Role

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll design and deliver personalised itineraries for high-value clients looking for their next unforgettable adventure.

From luxury escapes and once-in-a-lifetime experiences to VIP requests and complex travel arrangements, you'll ensure every journey exceeds expectations and reflects the premium standards of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Creating bespoke luxury travel itineraries

Managing client enquiries and delivering high-quality quotations

Building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and industry partners

Researching new destinations, travel trends and luxury experiences

Producing engaging written content for itineraries, client communications and marketing campaigns

Attending industry events, trade shows and supplier familiarisation trips

Supporting business development, marketing and brand growth initiatives

Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the business

About You

You'll be customer-focused, highly organised and genuinely passionate about luxury travel.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience within luxury travel, hospitality, concierge services, sales or a customer-facing environment

Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A proactive, self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

A genuine enthusiasm for researching and discovering unique travel experiences

Desirable

• GDS experience (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Additional language skills
• Experience using Salesforce, InDesign, Microsoft Office
• Luxury travel or hospitality industry experience
