Customer Service Representative -
6 Month Temporary Role

• 35 hours per week
• Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH
• Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am-3:30pm
• Overtime available
• Start: ASAP

The Role
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support UK customer accounts. This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing and administration.
Key duties include:

• Managing customer enquiries by phone and email
• Processing customer orders and quotations
• Updating customer records and account information
• Monitoring orders and arranging delivery updates
• Tracking deliveries and liaising with couriers
• Resolving customer queries and complaints
• Managing a shared inbox, including filing and coding emails
• Liaising with Finance, Sales, Planning and Distribution teams
• Providing customers with updates on stock, pricing and payments
• Supporting daily operational meetings
• General customer service and administration duties
• Confident dealing with customers by phone and email
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to resolve queries and problems efficiently
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• SAP/order processing experience would be an advantage
