About the Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support the class teacher with daily lessons. You will also help pupils develop their skills and confidence. You will work with children individually and in small groups. In addition, you will help create a safe and welcoming classroom where every child can learn. Key Responsibilities Your duties as a Teaching Assistant will include: * Supporting the teacher during classroom lessons. * Helping pupils improve their reading, writing and maths skills. * Working with small groups and individual pupils. * Supporting children with additional learning needs. * Preparing classroom resources and learning activities.
