Monday - Friday 25 hours per week Dual Role : 2 days Reception / 3 days Admin We are currently working with a group of friendly and well-established GP Practice's in The South Woodford area who are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a Temp to Perm , Key Responsibilities: * Handling inbound calls from patients in a professional and friendly manner * Booking and managing appointments via Systmone * Managing incoming and outgoing post * Scanning and processing documents * Clinical coding * Updating and maintaining accurate patient records on the system About You: * Previous experience working within a GP practice is essential * Strong working knowledge of Systmone * Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills * Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a busy environment * Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision This is a great opportunity to join a supportive practice and make a real difference to patient care.
