We are recruiting an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager on behalf of our client, a national automotive garage group, for a permanent position at their busy fast-fit centre in Caterham, Surrey. This Fast-Fit Centre Manager position offers a salary of £40,000 basic, plus performance-related bonuses and incentives. Benefits: £40,000 basic salary, plus profit share and monthly KPI incentives 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to purchase additional leave Company pension, life insurance and employee assistance programme Staff discounts on tyres, servicing and MOTs Fully funded IMI courses and structured career development Clear progression opportunities within the wider group Cycle-to-work scheme, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, and recognition rewardsDuties: As Fast-Fit Centre Manager, lead the daily operations and commercial performance of the fast-fit centre Drive sales targets, customer conversion rates and customer call-backs Motivate, train and coordinate workshop and front-of-house teams Monitor performance against monthly KPIs and support profit target delivery Oversee stock control, inventory, branch security and equipment maintenance Maintain excellent customer service and operational standards Ensure all work meets company procedures and Health and Safety requirements Support team development and performance management Create a positive, professional and customer-focused working environmentRequirements: The successful Fast-Fit Centre Manager will have previous experience in a garage, fast-fit, vehicle servicing or automotive management environment Experience as an Assistant Fast-Fit Manager, Fast-Fit Branch Manager, Independent Garage Manager or Workshop Foreman is advantageous Proven commercial and sales experience, including the ability to improve customer conversion Strong technical and mechanical understanding of cars Effective leadership, communication and team management skills Ability to work confidently in a busy, target-driven environment Full current UK driving licence Proactive approach to customer service, operational standards and team developmentFor an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join a respected national automotive group with strong earning potential and career progression.
