TEMPORARY ROLE - This independent car rental company are recruiting for a Finance Assistant to work with them for the next 5-6 months, office based in West London, paying up to £15.50p/h.

Finance Assistant, Responsibilities

• Purchase ledge - coding and posting of invoices to sage, reconciling supplier statements at month end, verifying bank details
• Monthly coding, posting reconciliation of corporate credit card accounts, petty cash, staff expenses
• Producing bi-monthly vehicle location reports

Finance Assistant, Skills Required

• Previous Accounts / Finance assistant experience
• Experience of dealing with purchase ledger and month end tasks

Additional details

• Temp role paying up to £15.50p/h
• Ongoing for 5-6 months
• Working Mon - Fri 08.30 - 17.00
