Senior Quantity Surveyor, Rail Civils (Contract) Location: Hampshire Rate: (Apply online only) p/day Inside IR35 Duration: Ongoing A leading Tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a multi-year rail renewals programme across the South of England. The programme is delivered through an integrated alliance, with a long-term pipeline of schemes. The role Lead commercial management across multiple rail civils and station schemes Manage valuations, cost forecasting, variations and final accounts Handle subcontractor procurement, packages and payments Work closely with project managers, planners and the client's commercial team Report on cost and risk throughout deliveryAbout you Proven experience as a Senior QS on rail civils or comparable infrastructure projects Experience on Network Rail or alliance-style contracts (NEC) Strong subcontractor and supply chain management Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying or similar; MRICS or working towards it desirable Valid PTS and the right to work in the UKApply Send your CV to or call (phone number removed) for a confidential chat
