We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive Teaching Assistant to support a Year 1 class at a school in Cradley Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with younger children and has a good understanding of early years learning and development. The ideal candidate will: * Have strong knowledge and understanding of phonics. * Be proactive and confident in using their own initiative. * Have experience supporting pupils within a Year 1 setting. * Be enthusiastic, reliable and committed. * Work well as part of a team and have a positive approach to supporting learning. * Hold a Level 2 or 3 Teaching assistant qualification Working hours: 8:30am – 3:45pm 30-minute lunch break If you are passionate about supporting children’s learning and feel you would be suitable for this role, we would love to hear from you!
