About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract in Horsham. This role will provide essential administrative support to operational teams, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day administrative support
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Managing emails, correspondence, and filing systems
• Updating internal databases and company systems
• Raising purchase orders and processing paperwork
• Scheduling meetings and managing diaries where required
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Supporting operational activities with accurate data entry and reporting

About You

• Previous administration experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and flexible approach
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
