This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as attitude and team fit are key considerations.

Key Details

• Full-time, office-based role
• Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday + 1 Saturday in 10.
• Temp-to-perm or permanent opportunities available

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and resolving issues across a variety of communication channels in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, text and online portal
• Investigating and resolving customer issues
• Managing a varied workload and prioritising tasks effectively
• Supporting customers with complaints and service-related concerns
• Working independently while collaborating with colleagues across the business
• Maintaining high levels of customer service during busy periods

• Confidence when dealing with customers, including difficult situations and complaints

• Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
