Hotel General Manager Ideal Candidate

• Ideally someone with General Manager experience, although a strong Deputy General Manager ready to step up could certainly be considered, particularly with the wider support network within the business.
• Experience within premium hospitality environments (budget hotels, quality 4* hotels), combined with strong commercial awareness, including P&L management, forecasting and budgeting, and a hands-on leadership style that motivates teams and maintains high service standards. A commercially minded operator, with a good understanding of marketing, sales and maintaining high operational standards, including environmental health and food safety.
