Private Client Solicitor or Experienced Paralegal

Location: Nuneaton

An established and highly regarded law firm is looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Paralegal to join its growing Private Client team.

You will manage a caseload appropriate to your experience, with a particular focus on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own Private Client caseload
• Advising clients on Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Assisting with probate and estate administration matters
• Preparing accurate legal documentation and correspondence
• Maintaining files and ensuring effective case management
• Providing a high standard of client care, including attending clients at home, hospital or care homes where required

About You

Our client is seeking a Solicitor with at least 1 year's PQE, or an experienced Paralegal who has experience managing their own Wills and LPA caseload with appropriate supervision.
