HGV Class 2 Driver - Stratford-upon-Avon £15.50 per hour PAYE - negotiable depending on experience Monday to Friday | Day shifts from 6:30am | Temp to perm Pertemps is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver for a temp-to-perm opportunity based in Stratford-upon-Avon, completing multi-drop deliveries of refrigerated food to stores. You’ll drive a mixture of 10-tonne and 5-tonne vehicles, with occasional van work depending on delivery requirements. The Class 2 hourly rate applies to all hours worked, including van driving. This role would suit a reliable driver who enjoys customer-facing delivery work and is comfortable driving in London. The role Complete multi-drop deliveries of refrigerated food to stores. Drive 10-tonne and 5-tonne vehicles, with occasional van work. Complete routes that may include London. Handle goods carefully and follow refrigerated delivery procedures. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects. Complete delivery paperwork accurately. Communicate with customers and the transport team. Follow drivers’ hours, tachograph and road safety requirements.Hours and pay Monday to Friday, with flexibility around the five-day working pattern potentially available.
