Hays are delighted to be supporting a growth SME based just outside Stratford-upon-Avon to recruit a newly created Finance Manager position.
Your new role
Due to continued growth, the company is ready to recruit their first in-house Finance Manager. This is a hands-on role reporting to an experienced Finance Director and MD. This is an all-round A-Z role and will involve leading a small transactional finance team of 3. Key duties will include preparing the monthly management accounts for the board, VAT returns, overseeing the payroll for circa 50 employees and helping improve the general financial control of the business.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking to speak with experienced Qualified Finance Managers from either an SME background or a first-time mover from an accounts preparation background within a mid-size practice. You will be happy to roll up your sleeves and really contribute to the overall growth of the business. This is a superb opportunity to make the role your own.
