Systems Lead - RF Data Link Overview: * The Data Link Systems team is responsible for the development the RF communications sub-systems within a weapons system. Responsibilities: This role is for a systems lead engineer, responsible for the development and delivery of an RF data link system within a weapons system program. Responsibilities will include: * Requirements definition and management * Systems design methodologies * Work package management * Technical leadership of junior engineers * Managing internal suppliers, and external suppliers * Managing customer stakeholders * Leading design reviews across the product lifecycle * Experience with proving and validation * Experience working within an international team * Managing Technical Risks.
