IntaPeople are growing our contract team and are looking for an ambitious Contract Recruitment Consultant. You'll place technical engineering freelancers with clients across Europe, focusing on the Benelux and DACH regions. We're a well-established tech and engineering recruitment agency based in Cardiff. Our contract team supports clients across Europe, so you'll work in an international market from our Cardiff base. We want to hear your ideas and recruitment style, so you won't be drowning in KPIs that don't suit your goals. The role: * Managing the full 360 contract recruitment process: business development, qualifying roles, advert writing, headhunting and sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating rates. * You’ll have the opportunity to build IntaPeople’s German desk from the ground up, while also managing established client and freelancer relationships across the Benelux. * Building, nurturing and growing your client base across Europe through emails, calls, video calls and client meetings. * Building and managing a network of skilled engineering freelancers and contractors, and supporting them from first conversation through onboarding. * Looking after contractors once they're placed: managing extensions and redeployments, and keeping in touch so they come back to you for their next role. * Negotiating client terms, contractor rates and margins, and keeping up to date with market trends across the European engineering contract market. * Marketing your personal brand alongside IntaPeople's on LinkedIn and other social media channels. * Meeting targets and KPIs to maximise your earnings through our commission scheme and quarterly and annual bonuses. You will be: * A recruiter with around 1 year's agency experience, either contract or permanent. Engineering, technical or international recruitment is a bonus but not essential, and cross-market training is available. * A strong communicator who is confident building relationships with clients and candidates over the phone and on video calls. * Resilient and self-motivated, and able to use your own initiative. * Organised, with good business acumen and an interest in building recurring contract revenue. * Able to speak a second European language such as Dutch, French or German is a plus but not essential.
