Property Development Solicitor

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Salary: £55,000–£75,000

Our Client is a leading specialist property firm with a strong focus on development transactions, advising developers and landowners on complex, strategic projects.

The team handles land acquisitions and disposals, site assembly, promotion and collaboration agreements, consortium structures, overage and development finance, working closely with clients to deliver commercially focused solutions.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Property Development Solicitor to join an experienced and highly specialist team. You will advise on a broad range of development matters, including:

• Strategic land acquisitions, disposals and site assembly
• Promotion, collaboration and consortium agreements
• Overage, clawback and conditional transactions
• Planning, Section 106, infrastructure and CIL matters
• Easements, covenants and indemnities
• Development finance and secured lending
• Joint ventures and wider development structures

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in property development
• Strong technical knowledge across development and planning matters
• Commercial, pragmatic approach with strong client management skills
• Able to manage complex transactions and work to tight deadlines
