Your core responsibilities: * Promoting Independence: Supporting toddlers as they learn to navigate social boundaries, self-regulate, and develop self-help skills. * Active Play-Based Learning: Designing engaging, sensory, and physical activities that capture their bursting curiosity. * Communication & Language: Introducing rich vocabulary, stories, and songs to boost early language acquisition. * Responsive Care & Trust: Building safe, secure bonds so children feel confident enough to explore. * Parent Partnerships: Maintaining open, daily communication with families and carers regarding progress. * Observations & Progress Tracking: Completing observations and updating learning journeys, specifically tracking the unique milestones of the age 2 development review.
