We are looking for reliable Food Production Operatives to join the team in the CM22 area. Positions are starting immediately. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be an essential part of the food production team. Your main duties will include: Feeding raw materials into the production lines. Packing and labelling finished goods efficiently. Loading and offloading items safely.Working Environment & Dress Code The Environment: You will be working in an ambient, cold food-production environment (around 5 degrees Celsius). Clothing: Please wear warm, comfortable clothing Hygiene Standards: For food safety reasons, no jewellery or facial piercings are permitted on the factory floor. PPE: All relevant PPE is provided daily.Pay Structure & Progression Temp-to-Perm Increase: An extra 0.30 per hour upon successful permanent transition.
