  • Assisting with continuous improvement and quality-focused initiatives throughout the workshop.
  • Providing practical support with engineering activities such as assembly work, component finishing and other production tasks when required.
  • Occasionally liaising with customers and supporting site visits.

About You

  • Background within precision engineering, manufacturing, machining or a similar environment.
  • Able to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently.
  • Experience using inspection equipment such as micrometers, verniers, gauges and other precision measuring tools.
  • Knowledge of milling and turning processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to documentation.
  • Comfortable working within quality-controlled and ISO-compliant environments.
  • Welding or fabrication knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.

What's In It For You?

  • Flexible working hours across a 39-hour week.
  • Competitive salary with annual reviews.
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities.
  • Enhanced holiday entitlement.
  • Pension scheme and life assurance.
  • Long-service rewards and recognition schemes.
  • Health and wellbeing benefits.
  • Regular staff events and company social activities.
  • Workwear provided.
  • Free onsite parking.
