People Partner / HR Business Partner - 12-Month FTC Location: Bodelwyddan, North Wales Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term - Maternity Cover Start Date: 4th December 2026 Working Pattern: Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day WFH Benefits: + Excellent Benefits Package The Opportunity HRGO Recruitment is recruiting an experienced People Partner / HR Business Partner for a well-established manufacturing business in North Wales This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can hit the ground running. Supporting approximately 100 employees, you will be a key member of the site leadership team, providing practical HR advice, coaching managers and driving people initiatives. Key Responsibilities Provide operational and strategic HR support to the manufacturing site. Manage employee relations, performance management and HR compliance. Coach and develop line managers on HR best practice. Support recruitment, succession planning and employee engagement. Manage trade union relationships, consultations and pay negotiations. Work closely with senior management to deliver business objectives. Support HR projects, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills & Experience Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor. Manufacturing or FMCG experience highly desirable. Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations. Experience working with trade unions and employee consultations. Confident coaching and influencing managers at all levels. CIPD qualified or equivalent relevant HR experience. Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently.
