Property Lawyer / Conveyancer

- Fatastic legal firm that are experiencing regular growth

- Permanent role and opportunity for either full or part time hours

- South Devon based with the option of working in and around Exeter, Bovey Tracey or Torquay

- Salary range dependant on experience but can range between £40,000 - £70,000. Newly qualified Conveyancers will also be considered.

We are working with a well-established law firm looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its successful property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced legal professional to develop their career within a supportive team, with opportunities to work on a varied caseload and, for more experienced candidates, mentor junior colleagues. Duties will include:

• Managing a varied residential property caseload, including buying and selling properties, transfers of equity, shared ownership and remortgages.

• Providing a high-quality legal service to clients.

• Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.

• Helping develop the property department and maintain the firm's excellent reputation.

To be considered suitable you will need the following skills and experience:

• Experience handling residential conveyancing caseloads

• Either highly experienced or newly qualified conveyancers. Due to growth there are opportunities for a range of individuals.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Previous experience as either a Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Conveyancing Lawyer, Conveyancing Associate, Property Associate Solicitor, Residential Property Lawyer, Commercial Property Lawyer will be required.
