Our client is a well-established law firm looking for an ambitious and motivated Residential Property Paralegal to join its busy conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your legal skills, gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in property law.

The Role

Working alongside experienced conveyancing solicitors, you’ll gain exposure to the full property transaction process, with responsibilities including:

• Opening files and completing compliance checks
• Preparing contract packs and completion documentation
• Drafting Certificates of Title and carrying out property searches
• Preparing SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
• Resolving Land Registry requisitions
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in residential conveyancing as a paralegal or legal assistant is essential
• A law degree or ambition to progress within the legal profession would be advantageous
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
• Enthusiasm to learn, take on responsibility and develop your expertise
