The role

You will provide practical administrative support across financial processing, travel arrangements and day-to-day office activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging travel and accommodation, including train bookings and associated logistics.
  • Supporting meeting and event administration, including scheduling, logistics and preparing documentation.

  • Assisting with data entry, document management and wider administrative tasks.

About you

You will bring previous experience in a busy administrative, business support or office coordination role, including processing invoices and expenses and arranging travel and accommodation.

You will also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently, use initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A professional and discreet approach to confidential information.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A good standard of English and Maths, or equivalent.

Experience within a professional, governance-focused, public sector or regulated environment would be advantageous. A Business Administration qualification is desirable but not essential.

If you are dependable, adaptable and enjoy providing practical support across a varied workload, please apply with your CV.
