Consultant: Dairis Sprudzans | Ref: 5372 The Role Supervising and supporting the Maintenance Team Planning and prioritising routine and corrective maintenance Supporting contractors, shutdowns and project work Ensuring Health & Safety and compliance standards are maintained Identifying opportunities for plant improvement Ensuring maintenance systems and documentation are kept accurate and up to date Taking responsibility for day-to-day maintenance performanceThe Candidate Instrumentation qualification - Apprenticeship or NVQ Level 3 Good working knowledge of electrical systems 4-5 years' relevant maintenance experience in a supervisory capacity Experience within oil & gas or a similar industry Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Proactive, reliable and able to work under pressureWhat's in it for you?
