Temporary HR Advisor (Circa 4-Week Contract) | Charity Sector

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a respected charity on a temporary 4-week assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR professional who can provide hands-on support across a range of HR activities during a busy period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing advice and guidance to managers on HR matters
• Supporting employee relations cases, including absence, performance and disciplinary issues
• Supporting a HR project and attendance in meetings - with follow up correspondance
• Assisting with HR administration and documentation a
• Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies

About You:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor role
• Strong employee relations knowledge
• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience preferred
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Contract: Temporary, circa 4 weeks
