An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Southampton, supporting the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution team.

You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters, while working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Role

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
• Advise on complex, high-value disputes, including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes
• Handle insolvency-related disputes and professional negligence claims
• Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
• Prepare cases for court, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
• Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team

About You

• Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
• Confident managing client relationships and complex matters
• Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
• Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop your career
