Conveyancing Paralegal – Sutton Coldfield 2+ Years' Experience | Established Regional Law Firm
Firm SJC Partners are working with a well-established regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team in Sutton Coldfield. The firm has a strong local presence and offers a friendly, supportive working environment with opportunities to develop within conveyancing.
Role The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working within Residential Conveyancing and will be confident supporting fee earners with the day-to-day progression of property transactions. You'll work closely with experienced Solicitors, taking responsibility for key stages of the conveyancing process, particularly exchange and completion. This would suit an organised and proactive Paralegal who enjoys client contact and is comfortable working within a busy Property department. Responsibilities
Supporting Solicitors with residential sales and purchases
Preparing files for exchange and completion
Ordering searches and reviewing outstanding documentation
Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
Responding to enquiries and providing transaction updates
Coordinating completion dates and arranging funds
Assisting with requisitions and post-completion matters
Managing daily correspondence and progressing files efficiently
