PERSON SPECIFICATION * 6 Months minimum experience of working in a social care environment (Ideal). * Have a caring nature and possess a willingness to develop new skills. * Full UK Driving Licence – Essential. You are required to support individuals with community access, appointments, and daily activities (in their vehicles).
